Shift Cowl Class
Shift Cowl Class will have two 45 minute sessions on Recorded Zoom. All participants will have access to a private Facebook Group where all are encouraged to post pictures and share related questions and concerns. Our Facebook Group will have all recorded zooms available for your viewing at any time. You do not need to attend the live zoom. Kit purchase is NOT mandatory to participate in this class. All are welcome.
